Meet Jaylene
Jaylene is a passionate individual that will meet you where you are on your healing journey. She has always looked at things with the perspective of seeing the silver lining with situations and learning lessons from any adversity in life. She does the same with her clients to help them see things from a different perspective or help reframe the way they are looking at their obstacles in order to help their body and mind to move forward.
It is a process. It's not always fun. It is so worth it in the end, and you will be so happy you found it in you to step into your own power to heal.
